Since 2012, we have been an international recruitment / temporary employment agency specializing in the recruitment and employment of production support workers in various sectors. We have the appropriate certificates - entry in the National Register of Employment Agencies and the Register of Training Institutions.

From 2017, we decided to direct our activities to servicing local labor market entities - Środa Wielkopolska and the Średzki poviat. The number of entities, production companies in the poviat, as well as the demand for employees is growing. We, acting locally, are close and can efficiently respond to the needs of the local labor market.

We recruit our employees mainly from Asia, mainly from India and Nepal, but we are also opening up to Indonesia and the Philippines. We take an active part in recruitment, apply for a work permit, help in completing the documents necessary in the process of applying for an entry visa to Poland, coordinate the arrival and acclimatization of employees, and help in legalizing the stay.

We work closely with our clients, helping to introduce a temporary employee to work, but we also attach importance to solving problems related to employment or acclimatization of foreigners. The trick is not only to recruit an employee, but most of all to make him want to stay.
